This Makhana Mix Snack is perfect for parties, movie nights, or as a crunchy mid-day snack.
- 2 cups Makhana (Foxnuts)
- 1 cup roasted peanuts
- 1/2 cup roasted chana dal (split roasted chickpeas)
- 1/2 cup roasted cashews
- 1/2 cup roasted almonds
- 2 tablespoons ghee (clarified butter)
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves (optional)
Instructions:
