Refund policy
Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
As our products are perishable, we only offer refunds or exchanges for items with manufacturing defects.
Return Requirements:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds:

Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please email us at support@byrooteddelights.com
