Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
As our products are perishable, we only offer refunds or exchanges for items with manufacturing defects.

Return Requirements:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • Contact your credit card company—processing times may vary.
  • Contact your bank—there may be a delay before a refund is posted.

Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please email us at support@byrooteddelights.com

At Rooted Delights, we are committed to delivering your order with care and quality packaging, ensuring timely dispatch. We ship throughout the week, except Sundays and public holidays, and only use trusted courier services to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.

We ship Pan India through our reliable distribution partners.

What are the shipping charges?

We charge ₹100 for orders below ₹399, and provide Free Shipping on orders worth ₹499 and above.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched within one working day of placing your order. Most orders are delivered within 4 to 5 working days from the dispatch date. 

What if I receive a damaged product?

If you receive a product in damaged condition, please contact our customer care at +91 9990551066 or email us at support@byrooteddelights.com. Kindly ensure that the original label and packaging remain intact when returning the product.

How do I return my order?

Please note that return shipping costs will not be covered by us and are non-refundable. In case of a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund.
